    Green Street Capital today strengthened the firm's advisory capabilities through the addition of senior investment banking professionals Matthew Pinnock and David Garner, as consultants.

    Matthew Pinnock was formerly the European Co Head of Prime Services at Nomura, including Prime Brokerage, Liquidity Management and Equity Financing. Prior to this Matthew was Global Head of Financing Sales Trading and Global Head of Securities Lending at Lehman Brothers Europe, and Global Head of Business Development for Clearance and Collateral Management plus numerous years experience in Custody at JPMorgan.

    David Garner was formerly the Global Head of FX and Metals Middle Office at HSBC, and prior to that was Global Head of Middle Office at ABN AMRO bank, covering Operations for fixed income, derivatives and credit products. David was previously Head of Derivatives Business Control Group at UBS and has sat as a member of the ISDA committee.

    Green Street Capital Director Daniel Watkins said of the additions: " We are delighted to be working with Matt and with David. They are both experienced, senior , and very well respected professionals who have extensive knowledge of their fields both as practitioners and as managers of global functions.     On February 10th, Green Street Capital's application to extend its regulatory permissions to include asset management activities was approved by the FSA. As an FSA-approved asset manager Green Street will focus on the provision of outsourced asset management services for legacy structured finance portfolios, as well as joint ventures in related markets, in addition to its other business lines.
